Many of us are not thrilled with AT&T as of late, but we have to give them credit for posting this video to address some questions that are still popping up regarding iPhone eligibility, tethering, MMS, etc:

I have to give ATT (THe Death Star) some credit of responding to all the firestorm.
I can't believe he quoted that guy talking about mms.
I know I gave ATT credit for doing something but it isn't enough. Lets look at it from the customers point of view. You had you iPhone for severals months not a year. You bill is close to $100 a month. Depending on the cost of the iPhone, the phone subsidy would have been paid off in a few month. Which means you should be the owner not ATT. Next your bill is never adjust to reflect the fact you have paid for the phone. Worst yet if purchase your phone at full price you still pay the full price for the service. (NO DISCOUNT).
What ATT is offering is nothing but a token, a blip, a flea on a fly's ass. I sure they will make an additional 100,000 sale but it doesn't address the underline issues of subsidies for phones.
Someone call the Waaaambulance.
