I went to Best Buy and held one. It worked very well. I would like one, but I think I will wait for a price drop.

I got my iPad shipped to me Saturday. After using it all day saturday and then heading down to Maryland on Amtrack with my iPad for Easter. Ever thing was positive. The setup was seamless. Most of my app that I use function without any issues. The free Wifi at the station and on the train allow me to check my email and surf. Also buy more apps. One warning you will draw a crowd with lots of questions and many WOWs. This thing is a game changer.

test drove one at my area Apple store. It is sharp looking in person, great screen- but heavy! I can't imagine reading a book on the train while holding it. Wish is was widescreen for movies too. Overall, cool- but I'm not buying yet.

Entering into day three of IPad in the wild. Purchased Office squared and iwork both can create and open Doc file. No need for MS office. Suck it MicroSoft! Can't print directly from the iPod but I can email the doc or upload to Google doc, iworks, com to print later. After carrying around a Macbook or the Macbook Pro the iPad is light weight pleasure. Sorry Macgirl this nothing to carry around
