Happy Birthday, Apple
If you haven't heard, it was on this date in 1976 (although wikipedia adds it wasn't incorporated until 1977.) Yes the two Steves, and the seemingly forgotten Ron Wayne fired up the tech colossal we know today, in that garage (well technically, it was in a spare bedroom for a bit, but let's not mess with the lore) with the humble idea of making a computer "for the rest of us." Granted the Apple I was for the rest of us in the same sense that C+ is the programming language for the rest of us: Only hobbyists need to apply.
The rest of the story, you pretty much know, but it is incredible to think about the incredibles highs, and frightening lows the company has endured all these years.
