Macgirl's Media Pick of the Week (6/20/09)

It seems like an obvious pick of the week- Star Wars, fanboys, and Skywalker Ranch.

I am deferring to the geek gods this week, and recommending a movie that most TDL watchers may have already viewed... Fanboys.  It tells the story of a group of guys traveling to the mecca for nerds- skywalker ranch.  Their goal, to steal the film reels for Episode I from Lucas himself, and then make thier own history by being the first people to watch the film. 

Ok, so the plot points are weak, and the story is over the top.  But in a lovable, I-can-identify-with-those -goofy-guys sort of way.  So check it out.  Rent it, stream it, or you can even buy it now on iTunes.  Let me know what you think!
