Macgirl's Media Pick of the Week 5/3/09

I'm a day late with this week's pick...it's that time of year again and a final paper was calling.  :)

I recently discovered (yes, I'm always the last the know) the Apple Students page on Facebook.  Apple added this to attract Facebook music listeners to stop by and see what's new on iTunes.  I was initially thrilled to see they had links to codes for free music.  My excitement quickly waned when I went to the page and found slim pickings as far as good music for free.  I did download a remix of the Depeche Mode song "Wrong", only to discover that it is actually a pretty weak remix.  Great.  Oh well, I'll stay subscribed, something good may come down the pipeline soon. And if it does, I'll be sure to share it with you.  Now, back to lots of double-speak to fill this paper...3 more pages to go...
